Great pan!
Love this- it’s heavy weighted so you know it’s a cast iton pan. It was seasoned well so the food hadn’t stuck on it when I first used it. After each use I hand wash it with warm soapy water, dry it thoroughly immediately. and after about 15-20 min I season it with a small about of olive oil. It’s been working like a charm!

Versatile and Holds Up, Mostly
It's been a solid cast iron pizza pan. I've also used it on top of a Webber kettle grill to make smash burgers and other foods and it's done a great job. As my picture shows, it does have some scratches and deformities after high-heat usage that cleaning and reseasoning does not seem to fix, but so far they're just cosmetic and don't impact usage. I use a Crisby stick (beeswax) to reseason it after each use. Stays fairly non-stick when heated up nicely. No issues.

excellent product to make crispy dosas or crepes
This pan is amazing, I use it to make Dosas , they come out awesome , restaurant style crispy. You must learn to season it properly, I watched a few youTube videos to figure out and it works great , highly recommend.

Great Quality
The Victoria 15-Inch Cast Iron Tawa Dosa Pan is a solid, well-made piece of cookware. The cast iron provides excellent heat distribution, making it perfect for dosas, pizzas, and other flatbreads. The loop handle is convenient for easy handling, especially when flipping or moving the pan.

Love this product
I heat many types of foods on this cast iron pan. Because it has no rim, it makes cooking tortillas on it very easy. The 15" size conveniently fits 3 to 4 corn tortillas or a burrito-size flour tortilla. I use it to cook ears of corn, chiles, garlic, and tomatoes. Try reheating tamales with the husk on. So good. If you use it for anything that will release liquid, just place a sheet of aluminum on it and clean-up will be a breeze. I have a six-burner stove and because the pan is large, I place it on a corner burner, which works out fine. I love that it's thin, yet sturdy and heats up quickly. When I'm done using it, I just wipe the surface with a bit of canola oil and it's ready for the next time. The possibilities for its use are endless.
