This will be nice on a trip in a warm car. Easy to access. Holds the bd needles!! Very well made

The only thing I don't like about this is that it does not stay cold overnight. It is nice to keep things cool for a few hours, but by the next day it is barely above room temperature inside.If I knew of something in the same size range that did keep things cold, I would give this less stars. It is as good as any other product in the same size range.

I can feel safe knowing that I can walk with my insulin without worrying about try to keep it cool on the plane...added bonus if you use pen needles it can fit about 14 in the compartment up top...the pattern is cute too just don't mistake it for a cup lol

I like the small ice packs and the size is good for tossing in my purse.The temperature strip does not work and that would have been handy although this is something I can make do without.

Used for my husbands diabetic medicine when we travelled. It kept the meds cool and had no problems going through TSA with it.

Great product! Upon receiving this item, I immediately placed the ice packs in the freezer. The next day before heading out, I placed the ice packs in their pockets with my pens. I was very pleased to see that the internal thermometer was working. Most people who have reviewed this item have said that the thermometer was not working. It's a faint green color, but its there and it indicates the temperature inside the case. I am very pleased with this product and am so glad I got it. Great price too! Thank you!

Not large enough...also freezer bags don't last long enough....love the idea....but not big enough...
