Amazing product

Been taking these a while now as a supplement. Noticed difference when I sopped taking for a few days when away from home and forgot to pack, so they must be doing something.No issues apart from not so pleasant smell when pack is opened, hence 1 star knocked off.

I had to stop taking them as they gave me really bad indigestion and heart burn. I followed the instructions and took them with plenty of water and after I'd eaten

I can't really comment on the effectiveness of the product because I haven't been taking them long enough. They do seem good value for money though. Now here's the warning, do not sniff the opened packet. They smell worse than my husbands flatulence after a dodgy curry. Honestly, the smell had me gagging and I could still smell it on my fingers. I still managed to take it but with a strong drink. Obviously I won't waste them but I will be holding my nose before opening the packet

These are small and do what you need em to. They do smell funny but dont taste bad. Deffo good for the money

This is a good combo to start your day D3 for bones and overall health, vitamin C for imunity , however as with all suplements you need to do ypur own research.
